System Requirements
To view courses on-line, your computer must meet the following minimal requirements:
- CPU: Pentium III or above
- 128 MG Memory or above
- OS versions supported: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7.
- Screen Resolution: Minimum/recommended resolution must be 1024 x 768 or greater
- Browsers supported: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Netscape Navigator 7.0
- Browsers cookie support: Browser must have cookies enabled. See troubleshooting section below for verifing cookie support.
- Sound Card for audio playback
- Flash Support: Macromedia Flash 9.0 Player plug-in or higher. You can download the latest Macromedia Flash plug-in here: Macromedia Flash Installer
- Internet Connection: Best viewed with broadband connection greater than 56K due to the large amount of course graphics and audio files. Dial up connection is not recommended.
Troubleshooting
Course does not start after clicking Course Syllabus link or Course Registration pages.
Verify that you do not have pop-ups blocked for this site if you are currently running pop-block software.
Verify browser cookie support
Internet Explorer 6.0+
· Launch Internet Explorer
· Go to Tools located on the menu bar and select Internet Options
· Click the Privacy tab
· Move slider to Medium privacy
· Click OK
· Close and restart browser
Cannot hear course audio narration.
Make sure your speakers are on and that the Windows audio functions are not muted or turned down.
